I'm Rhiannon, and I used to market my business on Instagram.

As an introvert, I always found myself at odds with how everyone said I "should" market my small business. Daily posting, going live, showing my face, doing all the things. It was just exhausting, and I felt like I was compromising my identify whilst getting nowhere.

Trying to market my business like an extrovert resulted in frequent burnout, overwhelm, and resentment.

Then I lost my Instagram account.

All that hustle was for nothing, it seemed. However, once the smoke cleared, I realised this was my golden opportunity to just let go and embrace my natural introverted strengths: Deep focus, writing, detail, planning, all of which I previously thought were holding me back.
