Every business is different. Your monthly allocation is completely flexible and can be used for development work, content updates, strategic advice or ongoing optimisation, depending on your priorities that month.
Minimum 3 month commitment, after which your plan rolls onto a simple monthly basis. Cancel anytime after 3 months with one month's notice.
Ad hoc support is available at £95/hour for Shopify website clients not on care plans. Large, one-off projects can also be quoted for separately.
Payment Terms & Availability
My payment terms are simple and straightforward.
Shopify websites / one-off projects:
- 50% upfront to secure your project slot
- 50% on go-live or within 3 months, whichever comes first
- Payment due on invoice (BACS)
I only take on a small number of Shopify website projects each year to ensure every client receives a high level of personal attention. Advance bookings can be secured with a 25% deposit.
Shopify care plans:
- Minimum 3 month commitment; followed by a rolling monthly contract. Cancel anytime after 3 months, with one month's notice
- Invoices are sent at the start of each calendar month, due within 7 days
- Payment via BACS or direct debit
I intentionally limit the number of businesses I support at any one time, allowing me to provide a personal, responsive service to every client.
